Following the work Cowper has done in Europe in the wellbeing space she is now the global lead for Tapestry.
Prior to Tapestry Cowper held the role of HRD at Harvey Nichols. She joined Harvey Nichols from luxury goods conglomerate LVMH, where she was HR director, perfumes and cosmetics and was responsible for delivering a strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial HR service across six brands.
Prior to LVMH she held senior HR positions at food retailer Planet Organic and clothing outlet Fenn Wright Manson.
