Prior to joining BT she worked in management consultancy and then for Vodafone for nine years, joining as the group director for leadership & talent, moving on to be regional HR director for the operating businesses in Africa, Middle East & Asia Pacific and finally as regional HR director for Europe.
Wilcox has experience of leading and developing HR strategy, policy and priorities at both chief executive and board level and has held operational, group and HR consulting roles. She has worked across multiple industries and geographies, including a range of experience in M&A, the integration of fixed and mobile operators and converged markets.
She is married with two sons, two stepsons and a dog, and lives just outside of Oxford.
