Winner of HR's £5,000 leadership development competition

HR magazine is delighted to announce that Kevin Steward (pictured), head of business development at ATS Euromaster, is the winner of our competition to attend Lane4's new High Performance Leadership Academy.

HR magazine and performance development company Lane4 debated the entries to come to a decision.

Austin Swain, director, research and product, at Lane4 says: "Kevin's entry to our competition was outstanding and we're delighted he is joining us at the HPLA. He and other senior executives will gain a unique insight into elite sporting performance and, crucially, its application to business." The High Performance Leadership Academy will be hosted on Loughborough University's campus - the official preparation camp for Team GB for the London Olympics.

Facilitated by Lane4 consultants, Kevin and other delegates will experience an award-winning approach to leadership development, focusing on leading high performance in pressurised, highly competitive environments.

They will gain insights from Team GB performance directors, international athletes and coaches and observe elite performance in Loughborough's world-class facilities.

Thank you everyone for your entries. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for details of other competition and news.
