HR magazine and performance development company Lane4 debated the entries to come to a decision.

The High Performance Leadership Academy will be hosted on Loughborough University's campus - the official preparation camp for Team GB for the London Olympics.
Facilitated by Lane4 consultants, Kevin and other delegates will experience an award-winning approach to leadership development, focusing on leading high performance in pressurised, highly competitive environments.
They will gain insights from Team GB performance directors, international athletes and coaches and observe elite performance in Loughborough's world-class facilities.
