Thompson will be responsible for putting people right at the centre ofthe law firm's strategy. He will also help ensure it has a strongoffering to both existing employees and the wider marketplace, in orderto acquire and retain the staff to build the business. He joins fromretailer Rosebys where he was commercial director initially withresponsibility for store operations and HR and latterly for HR andcorporate projects.
