The Making Waves list features the HR directors that are on their way up in the profession. HR magazine’s publisher and editorial team compiled the list with help from experts in the sector.
“We have identified the people from organisations big and small that we will be keeping an eye on over the coming year,” said HR magazine publisher Siân Harrington. “Some have wide experience and longevity in HR, others are accelerating up the HR career ladder. All are examples of HR directors that are having a positive impact in the sector.”
The 12-strong line-up is revealed four weeks after the release of the 2014 HR Most Influential Practitioners and Thinkers.
