KPMG launches online recruitment platform to aid UK talent acquisition

KPMG has invested in talent acquisition with the launch of an online recruitment platform for the UK.

The company has appointed Kenexa, global provider of business solutions for HR, to implement recruitment technology.

Kenexa 2x is an application management environment, featuring modules that enable tailored delivery of integrated talent management.

It is hoped it will enable KPMG ton leverage a unified talent record across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and mobile applications and will provide the company with communication tools, dashboard views, automated workflows, real-time report and ad-hoc reporting tools that enable robust analysis across multiple talent management functions Consistent with KPMG’s United States, Canadian and Australian offices, the UK firm is the fourth KPMG business globally to partner with Kenexa.

“We have chosen to work with Kenexa on a critical element of our UK recruitment strategy,” said Iain McLaughlin, head of recruitment at KPMG. “We aim to continue to drive business growth and success through strong systems and data connectivity in our recruitment activities, both in the UK and also within a number of our member firms across the world.”
