Roebuck is visiting professor of transformational leadership at Cass Business School London. He has held senior HR roles at KPMG, HSBC and UBS.
Roebuck said: "It is good to see that I still have the credibility for significant line roles. The brief is to ensure the organisation delivers the new performance management requirements of national and EU regulators for several hundred nominated persons."
Roebuck's role will be for six months and will be based in Amsterdam.
