First published in 2006, the HR Most Influential list is compiled by a list of HR peers from the public, private and third sectors. Names are collected and then analysed by a metric created in conjunction with Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
Though the exclusive event at St Paul’s Cathedral was held in October, you can still get a slice of the action by downloading the HR Most Influential 2021 reader’s guide.
In it, you will find:
- The full HR Most Influential 2021 Practitioners and Thinkers lists
- An exploration into whether influence is now more important than wealth in determining power
- Key trends for the future of work from our academics
- COVID learnings with 2019 Hall of Fame induction Valerie Hughes D’Aeth
