Registration for the UK’s most established workplace health and wellbeing event is now live and early bird rates are available for a limited time only!

Health & Wellbeing at Work has led the way in improving employee health, wellbeing and culture for almost 20 years.

The event, held at NEC Birmingham on 12-13 March 2024, champions key and emerging trends within the workplace health and wellbeing agenda.

What’s on?

Our 2024 event will be our biggest event to date.

With over 4000 visitors expected, we’ve upped the seating capacity in our conference hubs and introduced more features onto our exhibition floor, ensuring there is something of interest and value for every visitor.

Our conference agenda will see 12 streams take place across the two day event including new for 2024 ‘Best Place to Work’ in partnership with our official media partner, HR magazine.

Including key case studies from Wincanton, British Heart Foundation, Arqiva and more, improve your knowledge and understanding on supporting employees, implementing new strategies and how to transform health and wellbeing in your workplace.

Our exhibition hall will be packed with hundreds of workplace health and wellbeing brands showcasing new products and services and creating conversations on the latest innovations and to improve health, safety, wellbeing and culture within your organisation.

Exciting new features on the exhibition floor include our brand-new sensory lounge, a space for visitors to rest, work, relax and take some quiet time away from the busy exhibition.

Supported by our wellness pod partner, Nook, the lounge will include Nook Wellness Pods which manage noise distribution and lighting for those needing some quiet time.

The lounge will also have additional seating and refreshments available for visitors in need of a quick break or to provide a space for you to catch up with other likeminded health and wellbeing professionals.

Exhibitor workshops will also take place in the exhibition hall where a select number of exhibitors will host interactive workshops, masterclasses or wellbeing sessions. More information for these will be available soon!
