Before joining Siemens she was the talent and resources director at Crossrail where she was responsible for ensuring Europe’s largest infrastructure project had the right people, in the right place at the right time. Prior to this she was the managing director (group services) at Transport for London.
She served as chairman of Investors in People Community Interest Company from 2010 to 2018 where she led the organisation through a period of growth, change and renewal. She has also been a UK government advisor on skills and employment as a commissioner at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills. She is currently a non-executive member of the British Army Board.
Todd is a fellow of the CIPD and in 2014 she was made Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to skills, employment and the development of young people.
