Before GVC O'Halloran held senior HRD and talent and development leadership roles at Vodafone, Experian, Barclays and Capital One.
With a strong commercial background, having studied business at Nottingham Trent and then qualifying as an accountant, O'Halloran is passionate about creating a place where people can perform at their best. He has deep experience of leading and implementing sustainable change, and has worked with Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge on a number of occasions.
