HRMI 2021: André Spicer, Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Bayes Business School

Spicer is professor of Organizational Behaviour at Bayes Business School, City, University of London. He is also the head of the faculty of management at Bayes.

He is originally from Aotearoa/New Zealand but has held positions in universities around the world.

Spicer is an expert in leadership, wellbeing and responsible business. He is author of 8 books and close to 100 scientific papers. He has worked with a wide range of businesses from large banks to public services to small community organisations. He is also a frequent commentator in the global media on issues related to management and leadership.
