Previously Warren was HRD, Thomson Reuters where she supported key businesses in over 125 countries. She also supported two not-for-profit businesses.
Warren started her career as a graduate trainee with the John Lewis Partnership, and took her first HR role following a number of retail management positions. She led the JLP HR function through a period of recession and change.
