Rolfe has been with Rexam since 2008 and has been responsible for ensuring that HR remains closely aligned with the needs of the business in its Beverage Can Europe and Asia business.
Previously Rolfe was HR director for L'Oréal's Asia Zone and held senior HR positions at Whitbread and J Sainsbury.
