The annual celebration will be held in December at a new venue this year: The Brewery, London on Tuesday, 6 December.
Spanning 19 categories, the HR Excellence Awards are the most sought after in the HR sector and celebrate the HR professionals and teams who have gone above and beyond in their organisation.
All entries are poured over by our esteemed panel of judges before being announced at the ceremony in December.
David Frost, people and organisational development director at Dole, HR Most Influential 2022 Hall of Fame inductee and 2021 HR Excellence Award judge, recommended a few key tips for this year’s entrants:
- A clear link to the overall organisational strategy - the policy needs to make sure it benefits the entire business.
- Clarity on what problem the programme has solved - clear evidence of adding measurable value - and remember to use as many metrics as possible.
- Innovative thinking and approach - something genuinely different and exciting, this is the excellence awards, so we are looking for excellence.
Last year’s award winners included Amey, KFC UK & Ireland, The Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Transport for London and Government of Jersey.
