HRMI 2021: Vlatka Hlupic, CEO and Professor, Management Shift Solutions

Hlupic is a professor of Leadership and Management at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, and a founder and chief executive officer of Management Shift Solutions Limited, advising CEOs and Board members of major international organizations on individual and organisational transformation.

Driven by her passion and purpose to make this world a better place, she is creating a global impact with her empirically validated research-based tools and processes, helping thousands of leaders and organizations to improve performance and profit while creating more engaging, purposeful and happier workplaces.

She has published four books and more than 400 articles, and her work has been featured in The Harvard Business Review and other leading publishing platforms.

She has been voted one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers in the world since 2015 by HR Magazine, and has won the Croatian Woman of Influence Award, an Honorary Award from the Leadership Awards, and the CMI Management Articles of the Year Award, among others.

Before joining Hult Ashridge, Hlupic held various academic posts at the University of the Arts London, Birkbeck College University of London, the University of Westminster, Cass and London Business Schools. She has a PhD from the London School of Economics. As a professional keynote and TEDx speaker, she regularly presents at major business events worldwide, including events hosted by the Houses of Parliament and the European Commission.
