The firm, which values residential properties, has recently implemented a pension scheme that staff can contribute to by salary sacrifice, saving tax and national insurance contributions and it is hoped that the online system, provided by Thomsons Online Benefits, will help staff appreciate their total reward.
The firm also offers employees life assurance, private medical insurance and several voluntary benefits, and hopes to increase its benefits provision in the future.
