Having spent over 25 years working at a senior level in professional service firms, Christine Lynch joined Linklaters from Herbert Smith in 2011. Her role covers the development of the magic circle legal firm’s people strategy, diversity initiatives and talent spotting.
Lynch is interested in the challenges leaders face running these demanding global organisations and is particularly interested in career transitions, especially those taking on their first leadership roles, and in bringing women through to the top.
