Iceton moves from Volkswagen Group where he worked for more than 17 years, most recently as HR director. He will be responsible for the ongoing development of the HR function. Over the past year Skansa has made a number of changes to the HR department, including the introduction of a shared services delivery function, in-house payroll and transition to the HR business-partnering model.
