Prior to her appointment at the ICE, Parsons spent five years at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as head of HR. She has 20 years' experience working for blue-chip companies such as Channel Four Television, Coca-Cola, Starbucks Coffee Company, and British American Tobacco.
Colin Boyes-Hill has also recently been appointed as group learning and development manager. He joins the ICE Group from Cancer Research UK, where he was learning and development manager.
Also joining ICE from CIMA is Ethan Kelly-Wilson as group HR manager. He has expertise in employment law and e-HR systems and will operationally manage the HR function.
