In his new role with the facilities services provider, Pagliari will replace Peter Spinney, who will now be responsible for senior executive development across the firm, which employs 43,000 across the UK. Pagliari was previously director of change and corporate services at the Scottish Government. He is a chartered fellow of the CIPD and a member of the Employment Appeals tribunal.
