Reporting to Simon Bion, head of HR at the retail chain, Bedeau will be responsible for developing and driving employee relations and reward strategies to the firm and will provide employee relations specialsm to field-based HR managers.Prior to taking on the role Bedeau was an independent HR consultant and had previously been head of HR at medical diagnostics business Unipath. Bedeau is also a chartered member of the CIPD and holds an MSc in human resource management.
