HR Most Influential Thinker to discuss building a business case for wellbeing

Director of the Work Foundation’s Centre for Workforce Effectiveness Stephen Bevan will discuss how HR directors can best build a business case for wellbeing in HR magazine’s live web TV debate on Wednesday 24 June.

Bevan, who was the sixth most influential UK thinker in the 2014 HR Most Influential rankings, will be joined by Matt Freeland, senior HR director (European snacks category supply chain) at PepsiCo, Cafcass CEO Anthony Douglas and Joanne Abate, assistant vice president of global health management at Unum, which is supporting the HR Lunchtime Debate.

The panel will discuss topics such as why employee wellbeing matters to business, what CEOs are looking for from a wellbeing strategy and how to measure the ROI of wellbeing interventions.

The HR Lunchtime Debate will be broadcast live at 13.00 GMT on Wednesday 24 June from a central London studio. Viewers can submit their questions to our panel and take part in live interactive research. The results will be published in a future issue of HR magazine.
