People on the move: The Chartered Management Institute

The Chartered Management Institute has appointed Ruth Spellman as its new CEO. She will take up the position in June, joining from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. She was previously chief executive of Investors in People, and HR director at the NSPCC.
