There are three individual categories in the HR Excellence Awards 2015:
- HR director of the year
- HR practitioner of the year
- HR young talent of the year (open to HR practitioners with up to five years of experience)

The shortlist will be announced in the May issue of HR magazine. The HR director of the year will be opened to popular vote to decide the winner, while the other categories will be judged by an esteemed panel of HR directors.
The winners will be announced at the HR Excellence Awards, held at the London Hilton, Park Lane, on 30 June.
