In her new role at the business process outsourcing company, Horton will have a strong focus on sales, service and leadership development. She will also be responsible for the roll-out of the Xchanging Academy, which is designed to provide high-quality learning for all employees. Horton has previously headed global L&D teams at Dell Computers, Regus, Avnet and Memec.
