Rotchell moves from being head of HR to the more strategic role of HR director at the provider of specialist care for adults and younger people with a range of needs. She will now be a member of the company's senior management team. Rotchell has worked for Craegmoor for four years and during this time has been involved in HR initiatives such as ensuring all employees earn above the National Minimum Wage.
