Peto will report to Glen Crawford, group managing director, and will be responsible for all aspects of the strategic HR agenda for the UK, including training and development. She brings with her more than 20 years' cross-sector experience, having held a number of senior HR positions in companies including Lloyds TSB, British Aerospace Engineering and the Kingfisher Group.
