A poll of more than 270 HR directors, business partners and HR managers revealed significant frustration amongst HR professionals for not being able to measure the ROI of their healthcare benefits.
Yet, the research also revealed half of respondents were under no real pressure from their CEOs to demonstrate it, that HRDs were being ‘let off the hook’. A further 74% of HRDs revealed they would only be required to demonstrate the same level of ROI for this coming year as they were already currently doing, with 46% saying they don’t measure healthcare ROI at all.
