Conway will be responsible for leading BBC Studios and Post Production's business support functions, including HR, and report into the CEO. He has been a non- executive member of the BBC Studios and Post Production board since 2011. He was previously at Bacardi-Martini in its corporate development team. He was due to start his new role on 1 May.
Based at London's Television Centre, Elstree and Bristol, BBC Studios and Post Production works with media companies and clients, making hundreds of shows for a variety of broadcasters. Recent credits include Harry Hill's TV Burp for ITV 1.
