HR Most Influential Hall of Fame

The HR Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest accolade bestowed by HR magazine on an individual in recognition of their outstanding and exceptional contribution to HR thinking or practice. Winners take their place in the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame.

McNeil was appointed government chief people officer on 1 January 2016, joining the Civil Service from Lloyds Banking Group, where he was the group HR director.
