Megan Reitz is professor of leadership and dialogue at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School

She speaks, researches, writes and consults on the intersection of leadership, change, dialogue and mindfulness. She is on the Thinkers50 Radar of global business thinkers, shortlisted for its 2019 Radar award and has presented her research to audiences throughout the world.

She is author of Dialogue in Organisations; Developing Relational Leadership, Mind Time: How ten mindful minutes can enhance your work, health and happiness and her latest book is called Speak Up: Say what needs to be said and hear what needs to be heard. Her research has been featured on the BBC and in multiple articles for Harvard Business Review and HR magazine.
