HR teams "getting a handle" on data through a formal framework will help them with their engagement and L&D strategies, among others, according to people and talent lead for Dorchester Collection Rakhee Patel.
Speaking at an HR magazine and Kronos roundtable event on workforce management, Patel discussed how Dorchester Collection uses data to its advantage.
“We have a framework that is known by everyone in the company, called the 3I framework, which stands for insight, ignite and implement, and each of these have significance when it comes to using the data,” she said.
"[Data] allows us to bring facts to the table about whether a department is running successfully or not, and what needs to be improved," she added.
