Hughes D'Aeth joins the support services company from Steria, where she was group HR director. Bringing more than 25 years' experience in employee engagement and transformation, she will be leading Amey's HR function, which provides support for 9,000 employees throughout the UK. She said: "Employee engagement and learning and development must remain top of the agenda so we continue to equip our employees with the skills and competencies to deliver great services to our customers."
