P&MM shows its commitment to developing talent by hiring four new graduates

P&MM has recruited four recent university graduates as part of parent group Motivcom's commitment to invest, develop and retain staff.

Emma Greenfield and Beattie Payne are graduates of Bournemouth University who both completed event management degrees. Jo Scully and Danielle Ford have come from the University of Northampton after graduating in advertising and design, and marketing respectively.

All four graduates will work on a rotation within P&MM’s events and communications, motivation, sales promotion and employee benefits divisions over the course of 18 months.

Michelle Lynch, group HR director of Motivcom, said: "At a time of record new graduate unemployment and when many marketing services companies are cutting back on staff we are investing in the future by recruiting four talented graduates. It is very much Motivcom’s policy to invest in people from the beginning of their careers and in line with our recent achievement of the rare Bronze accreditation of Investors In People.

"We have a tradition of developing and retaining people and an impressive number of staff have been building their careers with the company for around 10 years or more."

John Sylvester, executive director responsible for P&MM’s Motivation division, added: "The training and the experience of working ‘hands on’ alongside our more senior members of staff will be invaluable in developing their careers with us."
