HR Lunchtime Debate adds new panellist

With under a week to go, Joanne Conway, deputy head of diversity and inclusion at EY UK&I, will join HR magazine's latest Lunchtime Debate on how to promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.

Listed on the Northern Power Women’s Future top 50 list, Conway is an accredited facilitator in Inclusive Leadership and has completed a Masters in HR Management with a dissertation in Psychological Safety in minority groups.

Conway has worked hard to champion diverse talent, ensuring all voices are heard and is passionate in her role as a mentor internally at EY and externally.

She will be joined by Angela O’Connor, founder and CEO of The HR Lounge and Shubhang Davé, head of people science, EMEA at Glint.

The webinar, now less than a week away, will explore how diversity in the workforce cannot be effective unless organisations are willing to create a sense of belonging for employees so that they feel engaged and motivated.

Hosted by HR magazine editor, Jo Gallacher, the webinar will look at how organisations can measure belonging in the context of employee engagement.

It will also discuss simple steps to boost retention rates and developing HR’s diversity and inclusion strategy beyond recruitment.

The HR Lunchtime Debate will take place on 21 April at 12:30pm.
