Why your employee experience programme could be failing your people

HR magazine is excited to announce its next HR Lunchtime Debate around why your employee experience programme.

The webinar, run in partnership with LumApps, will look at how having a stellar employee could prove to be the difference between switching roles or staying within an organisation.

This is all the more important given the rush on recruitment the UK is currently undergoing and with HR leaders investing heavily in employee experience programmes, there needs to be a greater focus on making sure that money is well spent.

The HR Lunchtime Debate will take place on 17 November at 12:30pm and will explore:

- How to define and set benchmarks for employee engagement

- What types of investment HR are making in employee experience now, and where employee priorities lie

- Implications of the ‘COVID-churn’ recruitment drive and steps to boost employee retention

- Improving internal communications and culture’s role in engagement rates

HR magazine editor Jo Gallacher will be joined by Dan Brayshaw, strategic account manager at LumApps and Jordan James Barry, chief people officer at Motor Insurers' Bureau.

Both will discuss how employee experience programmes can be appropriately utilised and communicated.

Further panellists will be announced in the following weeks.
