Tim Ringo is an award-winning author, speaker and executive board advisor on the topics of HR and human capital transformation.

Ringo has over 30 years’ experience in the HR consulting and HR software industry. He is a former senior executive in Accenture, IBM and SAP where he developed and led some of the largest and most successful HR change programs for clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Now the founder and managing director of digital HR advisory firm TimRingoDOTcom, Ringo’s background and expertise in HR transformation enable him to provide perspective on how engaged people, harnessing the power of smart technology, can transform the workplace.

In May 2021, his latest book, Solving the Productivity Puzzle was named Category Winner in HR & Management Category, by the Business Book Awards.  He was also named Most Outstanding HR Consultant & Conference Speaker 2021 – UK by Corporate Vision Magazine

Ringo has a BSc in business administration from the Max M. Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. He is also a chartered fellow of the CIPD.
