HRMI 2022: Greg Orme, author and coach, Greg Orme Leadership 

Greg Orme is a speaker, author, educator, and founder of consultancy Greg Orme Leadership. 

With a keen focus on leadership, Orme has delivered over 400 talks around the world. His background as a TV journalist working at both ITV and the BBC gave him the grounding to hone his skills in the realm of public speaking. 

He is an award-winning author, with his book The Human Edge: How curiosity and creativity are your superpowers in the digital economy, winning Business Book of the Year 2020 at the Business Book Awards. 

As programme director of digital transformation at Oxford Leadership, Orme delivers leadership and transformation programmes for global brands such as BMW, Sky, eBay and Virgin Media. 

Orme has also worked as lecturer and programme director at the London Business School for seven years until 2021 – the same place where he founded and grew the Centre for Creative Business in 2004. 

 

Greg Orme ranked 23rd on HR magazine’s list of HR Most Influential thinkers in 2022.
