In a new book she has co-authored, Futureproof Your Career: How to Lead and Succeed in a Changing World, Pasha discusses the changing economic and technological landscape, the pandemic, the fourth industrial revolution, and the broadening awareness of institutionalized discrimination and discusses new challenges of job retention and career progression.
Drawing on her research, she provides us with insights on digital and human skilling, and organisational activist skills that can enable organisations build towards the fairer world they say they want through a new framework she calls MetaSkilling.
She recently led a major piece of research called the Equity Effect in Henley, which highlighted just how important addressing race from a business perspective is showing organisations that invest in Race Equity develop an organisational mindset that shows correlations with positive outcomes on employee wellbeing, sustainability, and revenue.
The report has been quoted heavily in the media, now used by global business. As well as influencing policy as she has spoken to UK Parliament on race equity strategies.
