HRMI 2021: Julia Hobsbawm, Founder, Editorial Intelligence and The Simplicity Principle

Hobsbawm is an entrepreneur, author, and consultant who addresses the challenges of the hyper connected age and provides remedies for what she has called the Social Health of organisations. She is chair of The Workshift Commission and is founder and chair of the content and connection business Editorial Intelligence.

Her bestselling book The Simplicity Principle: Six Steps Towards Clarity in a Complex World was published in 2020 and won two US Awards for Best Business Book and Best Self-Help Book of 2020. Her previous books include Fully Connected: Social Health in an Age of Overload which was shortlisted for Management Book of the Year. Her new book, The Nowhere Office: Reinventing Work and the Workplace of the Future will be published in Spring 2022 by Hachette Books. Her non-profit work includes being a trustee of ourbrainbank.org and the founder of the Social Capital Network.
