Before then, Brydon was people and communications director at Sainsbury's Bank, between 2010 and 2014. Before that, she was HR and communications director for Scottish Widows from 2009 to 2010, and the group functions HR director for HBOS between 2004 and 2009.
Jane's background is in human resources, change management, programme management, colleague engagement, and communications.
Jane started her career in the education sector, managing large scale change in Russia, South Africa, and the Middle East.
