HRMI 2021: Bruce Daisley, Author, Make Work Better

Daisley is one of the UK's fastest rising voices on the debate about fixing work. His weekly newsletter, wrestling with the challenges of dealing with a transition to remote working, was one of the breakout hits of the pandemic.

The former Twitter vice president had already become known for his enthusiastic championing of dialogue on productive workplace cultures, being published in Washington Post, Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal and The Guardian. His 2019 book, The Joy of Work, was the UK's top selling business hardback of 2019 and has been translated into 17 languages. His second book, Fortitude, about how we think about resilience incorrectly, is out in 2022.
