Alexander Mann Solutions was awarded the three-year contract following a tender process. The supplier will provide a centralised recruitment service for all UK hiring activities and ensuring a consistent experience for both candidates and employees. Its resourcing communications team will also be supporting the delivery of an integrated employer branding campaign, including a custom-built careers website, to help Cobham develop a high-quality pool of talent.
