A study from PwC reveals that the number of companies publishing their ethnicity pay gap report rose by 18% in the two years up to 2020 – a step forward for racial equality in the UK.

Demand for D&I professionals in UK workplaces also sees a sharp rise, as LinkedIn data shows the number of these roles increased by 58% over the past five years.

Working Families announced its annual list of the UK’s most family-friendly employers, and Stonewall reveals the organisations that provide the best environment for LGBT employees worldwide.
