Islamic Relief updates HR, payroll and online recruitment

The organisation, which employs 2,000 staff across 38 countries, is working with Sage to upgrade recruitment, personnel, training, development, and time and attendance to improve absence management.

The upgraded software will include online appraisals to make it easier for HR staff to combine assessment, personal development plans and appraisals, to look at year-on-year individual progression.

Job vacancies will be published online and it is hoped the online recruitment system will ensure simple capture of applicant details, feeding them straight through to HR.
