Taleo's talent community lets employers collaborate on common problems and connect with jobseekers

The system, which is the first of its kind, will allow employers to recruit talent, offer insights and solve problems.

The system incorporates an online social network (like Facebook), a talent exchange (like eBay) where employers can connect with jobseekers, and a solution exchange (like AppStore) where Taleo partners can manage and adapt their solutions.
