Radioworks staff given flexible option

Advertising agency Radioworks has launched a flexible working scheme whereby staff can access their office PC from any location.

 

The firm is using gotomypc.co.uk to connect to work through any internet-enabled computer. This allows them to avoid commuting to London.

Vice-president and general manager Bernardo said: "Achieving a work-life balance is becoming an increasingly important factor in any employee decision."
