What a way to start the new year. This ad is pure cheese. 'We have the coolest jobs!' paired with a supposed sales consultant surrounded by penguins? Surreal? Not really. If they'd carried that theme on into the ad, then maybe, but when it's teamed with two columns of corporate job-sell bullet-points, definitely not. Somehow the whole style - mono photography with slabs of bold red and a punning headline - just seems so cheap.
For a company that wins awards for being a great place to work you'd think it would be able to produce some outstanding recruitment material. Perhaps it does but unfortunately I don't see them.
