Many of HR's leading thinkers were invited to attend Henley Business School HR Centre of Excellence to discuss their role in leadership development.

The workshop was attended by senior HRDs and heads of talent from more than 40 organisations. These included: Oracle, Mercedes Benz, Microsoft, Citi, GSK, KPMG, Shell, Oxfam, the army and the NHS.

HR magazine's 8th Most Influential Thinker 2012, Nick Holley, commissioned a video. It summarises some of the conversations and thoughts from the day.
